Mike Zigomanis was drafted 46th overall to the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2001 NHL Draft. That same year, he won the bronze medal with Team Canada at the World Junior Championships. He would go on to play for the St. Louis Blues and Phoenix Coyotes before being traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2008, where he would win the Stanley Cup in the 2008-09 season. After his hockey career, Zigomanis went on to join the SportsNet590 The Fan, co-hosting the morning radio show from 2019 to 2021.
