
Drafted 19th overall by the Anaheim Ducks in 2003, Ryan Getzlaf went on to become one of the franchise’s all-time greats. A powerful center and natural leader, he captained the Ducks for over a decade and helped lead the team to a Stanley Cup Championship in 2007. Known for his elite vision, strength, and playmaking ability, Getzlaf represented Canada on multiple occasions, winning Olympic gold in 2010 and 2014. After an impressive 17-year career spent entirely in Anaheim, he retired in 2022 as the franchise’s all-time leader in assists and points.
