Peter Holland was drafted to the OHL’s Guelph Storm in the 2007 OHL Priority Draft 11th overall. During this time, he earned himself a spot in the OHL All-Star Game, played in the Canada-Russia Challenge, and joined Team Canada at the IIHF U18 World Championships in 2009. Holland was drafted first round, 15th overall to the Anaheim Ducks in the 2009 NHL draft, after being ranked 19th by the NHL Scouting Bureau. He made his NHL debut in November of 2011, and would go on to play for the Ducks, Maple Leafs, Coyotes, Canadiens, Rangers, and Blackhawks. In 2021, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University and moved his career overseas after signing a one-year contract with the Swedish Hockey League.
