Terry Ryan was a talented goal scorer in Junior. He recorded 141 goals in 250 WHL games including 50 in ’94-’95 season with The Tri-City Americans. He was drafted 8th overall in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft by the Montreal Canadiens. The next 3 years were spent with the Fredericton Canadiens in the AHL where he was rookie of the year, 2nd in goals and led the league in fighting majors! Ryan never cracked the lineup on a regular basis with the Habs only playing in 8 NHL games. He spent 7 years playing pro hockey and has also played for the Allan Cup with his home Province NF Clarenville Caribou. He won 2 Gold medals for Canada at the Ball Hockey World Championships and is the author of “tales of a first round nothing”! He is currently opening for Gerry Dee as he enters the comedy and entertainment field.
