Join us on Friday, November 14, 2025, for the York Simcoe Celebrity Hockey Classic and play alongside former NHL greats. This series offers hockey enthusiasts the chance to play in a tournament, as well as the opportunity to attend an exclusive VIP draft party the evening before where each team will draft an NHL alumni onto their team.
You don’t need to be a superstar to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play with former NHL greats! This is your chance to play with friends, family, colleagues, and some of hockey’s greatest players. Have fun and raise money for children and youth with physical disabilities across Ontario. Easter Seals empowers kids to BE KIDS and your support is integral to our success!

Come meet the alumni, browse the silent auction table, put your hand up during the amazing live auction, and enjoy the excitement of the draft selection.
- Team with the most funds raised will receive first pick in the draft
- Dinner included and beverages available
- Back by popular demand is our famous NHL Celebrity Hot Stove
- Teams registered to play in the Hockey Classic will receive a team table to the event
All-Star Game
This year, we’re excited to add an exclusive All-Star Game to the Celebrity Hockey Classic lineup. So, how do you secure a spot? It’s simple: be one of the top 14 fundraisers in the tournament, and you’ll earn the incredible opportunity to hit the ice against hockey’s biggest names! Not only will you play alongside the NHL greats, but you’ll also receive a special edition All-Star jacket with a custom logo to show off your achievement.
VIP Meet and Greet
More Details to come about the special VIP event but we promise it will be special. Last year we were entertained by Darryl Sittler, who will it be this year? This private event will only be offered to sponsors and members of the 2000 club. To become a member of the 2000 club, you must raise a minimum of $2000 in donations.
Registration
Each team is responsible for a registration fee of $1,500 and a fundraising minimum of $10,000.
There are a limited number of team spots available for this once-in-a-lifetime hockey experience, so get your team registered and start asking your friends to pledge their support!
The York-Simcoe Celebrity Hockey Classic team experience includes:
- VIP Draft Party.
- Personalized team jerseys and socks in corporate colours.
- NHL Great on your team and in your dressing room sharing their NHL experiences.
- Two or Three games of hockey.
